Los Alamos Taxi LLC terms & conditions under the LLC of New Mexico Wine Tours
Los Alamos Taxi and its affiliates will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions, construction, mechanical failure, an Act of God or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed or early departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger. We recommend booking your ride at least 24 hours in advance.
Once your ride is booked, you are responsible for timely cancellation in writing via email or text. If you fail to cancel reservation in time 100% of fare is due. When you make a reservation, the time slot/taxi is not available for hire for other passengers.
Airport and long distance rides booked with less than 24 hours notice cannot be cancelled unless
an emergency. 100% of fare is due.

It is the customer’s responsibly to check their email or text reservation confirmation for accuracy, please make sure all the information,
pick up/drop off times and dates are correct, we are not responsible for any errors.
If you are not on your scheduled flight, if it’s canceled, missed your connection or if you have changed flights you must inform the office by phone, with at least 2 hours notice before your driver departs from Los Alamos to ABQ.
We know things happen, the sooner you let your driver know the better for you.
Leave a message and text if your driver can not pick up due to he/she is driving. If from out of the country try texting and emailing.
All Airport transfers from the ABQ Sunport may require a credit card to secure your rides.
Albuquerque Sunport pick up times:
You are respobsible for when you schedule you pick up time. Drive may recommend but is not responsible for your decisions.
Once you have your baggage, you will need to call or text your driver, your driver will drive around from the waiting area to pick you up.
Our service CANNOT wait right out front due to airport regulations. They have to drive around or wait in a nearby lot.
If for some reason you did not call or text your driver and took a different way of transportation you will be charged full fare plus any wait time your driver spent trying to find you due to your lack of communication.
Our drivers check your flight stats before departing Los Alamos but these things change mid air and websites are not always accurate.
It is a two hour drive and 4 hour round trip for our drivers and for any transportation company
for ABQ Sunport transfers to and from Los Alamos.
Drivers are paid by the hour, any wait time over the scheduled pick up time will be charged to your credit card.
If your plane arrives early you must wait for your scheduled pick up time, call your driver and let them know!
Santa Fe pick ups:
Our drivers will be waiting out front when your plane arrives.
Flight stats are checked before your driver departs for the hour drive to SAF.
If your flight could not land due to weather or any other reason and returned at a later time, either wait time will be charged or the time and expense for your driver to drive out to the airport and then return for your pick up.
We require 24 hours cancellation notice in writing by email or text before a an advanced reservation, no shows or short notice cancellations will be charged at full price. Due to scheduling we may not be able to accommodate or guarantee short notice changes.

Due to Heath and Safety, use of child safety seats and booster seats, are the sole responsibly of the customer.
New Mexico Wine Tours LLC/Los Alamos Taxi reserves the right to refuse transport to any person or persons who behaves in a way that is unlawful, unsafe, disrespectful of other customers & employees.
New Mexico Wine LLC/Los Alamos Taxi is not liable for loss or damage to client’s personal property.
New Mexico Wine Tours LLC/Los Alamos Taxi is & will not not be liable in anyway for physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, and damage to property, or third parties.
If a customer refuses payment, a police report will be filed.
